Lovingly created blended to honor my brother Paul who gave his life up to suicide at the age of 30 years old. My hope is keep his memory alive and bring awareness to this difficult topic by starting the conversation around suicide and mental health awareness, one cup of tea at a time and break the stigma around rhis delicate, but important subject.
